BRIEF
Experiment Design is significant skill in order to innovation, creativity and industrial design. As for this EXP, we should use willow to create a chair. Base on its structure and character, designers can expand a great number of forms and ideas rather than general thinking.
EXPERIEMTN
Plan1 Material Analysis
Cutting surface displays that different layers have different colors. In the part of outside, apparently it is tough and its color is deep green. Oppositely, the inside is soft and white condition.
Plan2 Strength Test
Because of chair, it has to support a normal human weight. I try to make a crave of willows through ties. In this way, I can realize over 3 or 4 willows could offer a strong force to hold on one person weight.
Plan3 Temperature Test
I try to heat those willows via the oven, because this is a effective way to change the proportion of water. From this situation, I can organize some informations and hypothesis my perspectives. Firstly, those willows become more stronger and hard comparing before. However, those one will reduce both elasticity and tension. Secondly, the inside of willow will become firm similar woods. In these two reasons, I set up a system between time and temperature in the oven. Hence, I want to discover a balanced machining to heat willows.

MAKING PROCESS
According these data I mentioned previously, the transition color between inside and outside brings some unique elements during this experiment. Alternatively, I heart these willows. They still maintain the tension and strength. From two conditions, I direct to illustrate handmade and natural vitality. Specifically, the transition include both facts. Therefore, the legs of chair is my core of deign in this project. Because in the part of legs it can display these characters of material.
